Kiwi Marine sorted the rigging on “40 Degrees”, the Owen Clarke Class 40, at our base in Gosport.
When the Portsmouth Victory fleet decided to change their traditional wooden spinnaker poles for a lighter and easier to manage carbon pole, they came to Kiwi Marine.
We built the new poles exactly to their new class specification, and delivered the bespoke built items in time for their evening race season.
Well done to the boys on Vanquish, the American boat coming in second in the most closely fought Fastnet class.
Kiwi Marine serviced the boat’s hydraulics when Vanquish was in for it’s pre race prep in the Kiwi Marine base of Endeavour Quay in Gosport.
